Refund policy

Demo classes are free. No payment is taken to attend a demo.

Enrolment fees are collected through Razorpay in INR or USD. Charges appear as mystudify. Failed, cancelled or pending checkouts do not open a class seat. If a bank debit is pending, wait for email confirmation before paying again.

If you enrol after a demo and the first two live weeks are not a fit, email hello@mystudify.com within 14 days of the first paid class. We issue a prorated refund minus classes already delivered, typically within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

After 14 days, remaining fees are not refunded but may be paused for up to 30 days or transferred to a sibling with counsellor approval.
